Andrew is an accomplished leadership coach, consultant, and speaker with extensive experience and a genuine passion for his work. With a strong background in entrepreneurship and business, he has successfully established and led multiple organizations and companies. Over the past 25 years, Andrew has shared his expertise and insights in 15 countries and over 46 cities worldwide. Holding an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management; a Certified Giant Worldwide Guide; and being a Master Certified Professional Coach, he has an impressive track record in pioneering, leading, speaking, and consulting across both for-profit and non-profit sectors.

Beyond his professional achievements, Andrew finds his greatest joy in his role as a dedicated husband to Vanessa for over 24 years and as a father to his four teenage daughters, who bring him immense pride and fulfillment. Andrew approaches life with boundless passion, whether he's exploring his favourite chateaus in the south of France, indulging in fine dining experiences in various cities, embarking on exciting camping adventures in remote Quebec, or showcasing his culinary skills by preparing amazing meals for his family & friends.
